An easy GameDay taco dip. Makes a bunch and is always a big hit!!
Ingredients

Equipment needed: 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
In a large skillet on medium heat sauté onion and ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat. Add taco seasoning to the meat mixture and 3/4 cup water. Stir occasionally. Cook until all liquid is absorbed.
While ground beef and onions are cooking, spread bean dip in the bottom of a 9 inch by 13-inch glass pan. Layer ground beef and onion mixture over the bean dip layer, then layer sour cream.
In a large bowl mash avocado's and mix them with 1 cup of your favorite salsa. Pour the mixture over the sour cream layer and smooth with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle with a layer of cheddar jack cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
